1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through our store are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been completed.

2. No Return / No Exchange Policy (Health & Sanitation)

For health, hygiene, and sanitation reasons, all apparel items cannot be returned or exchanged. Clothing items may come into direct contact with the skin, and we cannot guarantee sanitary conditions once an item has been worn, tried on, washed, or handled after delivery. This policy helps protect the health and safety of all our customers.

3. Product Information & Sizing

We provide detailed product descriptions, sizing charts, and images to help customers make informed purchasing decisions. Customers are responsible for reviewing all product details and selecting the correct size before placing an order.

4. Order Accuracy

Please review your order carefully before checkout. We are not responsible for incorrect sizes, colors, or styles selected by the customer.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that you receive an item that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. If verified, we will address the concern at our discretion (replacement or store credit only).

6. Shipping & Delivery

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or issues caused by the shipping carrier.
